2. Information we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email address, country and province (state) of residence, nationality, visa type, and the details you write about your situation.
- Consultations and retained services: information and documents you provide so that we can advise you and prepare your application.
- Technical data: server access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) kept by our hosting provider.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange consultations.
- To provide the services you retain us for, including preparing and filing applications with the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Confidentiality
As a gyoseishoshi, our representative is bound by a statutory duty of confidentiality under the Gyoseishoshi Act. We do not disclose information about your case except as required to perform the services you request or as required by law.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Service providers that support our operations (for example, website hosting and email) may process data on our behalf.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not currently use any analytics tools. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this section before doing so.
The inquiry form does not set cookies. It uses a short-lived security code to protect the form against spam.
7. How long we keep your information
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: we delete your inquiry and related correspondence one year after our last communication with you.
Clients: we keep your information and documents for as long as we are required to keep them by law (including the record-keeping obligations of the Gyoseishoshi Act), and then delete them.
Server access logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and maintenance purposes.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop using it, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. Please contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
