When applying online for the Change of Status of Residence or Extension of Periof of Stay, unlike when applying at the Immigration Office, the backside of the Residence Card is not stamped with "in process" at the time of application acceptance.
Therefore, if you apply online, you need to always carry with you not only your residence card but also an Application Acceptance Number Notification E-mail proving that you are in the visa application process (including during the special period).
The Application Acceptance Number Notification E-mail will be sent to the applicant on the day after the application acceptance is completed.
